Status Update

Ive been a civilian for a few months now, and am using my gi bill at WNMU. Things have been somewhat chaotic, and i cant sleep. For the past 4 days ive only consumed apples and diet dr pepper. I need to lose more weight...quickly. Any suggestions? I've set a goal to be down to 100 by march. SOS.
